This Return & Refund Policy applies to all digital products purchased from Spiral Keys, operated by Hashtech LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Digital Product Delivery

All products sold on Spiral Keys are digital products.
Once payment is successfully completed, your license key and installation instructions will be delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout.

If you do not receive your email within the expected time, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting support.

No Physical Shipping

Spiral Keys does not ship physical items. All deliveries are completed digitally via email.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of instant digital delivery, orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed and delivered.

Customers are advised to carefully review:

  • Product description

  • Version and compatibility

  • Platform and region

  • System requirements

before completing the purchase.

Refund Policy (Digital Products)

Because digital license keys are non-returnable and non-reusable, we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered.

However, exceptions may be considered under the conditions listed below.

Eligible Refund or Replacement Cases

A refund or replacement may be approved if:

  • The license key provided is invalid or defective

  • The product received does not match the product description

  • A verified technical issue prevents activation despite correct installation steps

All issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product email, along with relevant proof.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be issued if:

  • The wrong product was purchased due to customer error

  • Product details or system requirements were not reviewed

  • The license key has already been used, activated, or redeemed

  • The issue is caused by incompatible hardware, software, or operating system

  • The complaint is raised after 24 hours of delivery

  • Third-party software or misuse caused the issue

Investigation & Resolution

    • All complaints are reviewed within 72 business hours

    • If approved:

      • A replacement license key will be provided, or

      • A refund will be issued if replacement is not possible

    All decisions made by Spiral Keys / Hashtech LLC are final after investigation.

Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
    Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Policy Abuse & Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected fraud, policy abuse, or repeated claims.
